Welcome to the Selah Brew Crew!

I founded Selah Brew in 2020 after quitting my job to take care of our newborn daughter. It was a tough decision, but the combination of the pregnancy, my toxic workplace, and the global pandemic altered something in me, and I knew I needed a change.

A friend of mine offered me a job at her coffee shop.  I had always wanted to own a coffee shop myself, so this was an exciting opportunity.​ It turned out to be quite pivotal for me because I realized what I truly loved about coffee shops. It's not the coffee itself, (though I've been a coffee drinker for years, as have all the other women in my family) it's the ambiance. A coffee shop is a place to gather, to read, to have fun, or to sit in silence. It's a vibe. It's good times and sweet little somethings. Kind of like a getaway, but an experience that's easier to access than a vacation.

When I decided to start my own business in 2021, that's what I wanted to deliver - an experience. Like a little self-care reminder delivered right to your door. It's an excuse to take time for yourself and recharge - even on the days when it feels impossible to just get out of the house. Because life is a gift... might as well brew something amazing.
